The procedure is confidential and straightforward.
On your first admission day for treatment in our facility, you will immediately feel the warmth and friendliness of our staff. You would need to arrange your admission beforehand, although mostly, we do accept new admissions placed within 24 hours from the actual booking.
Clients, family members, friends, and medical experts can all refer new patients. We will make sure that our personnel are prepared to accommodate you after your reservation is confirmed.
You will get to know our medical staff once you get to our centre and you will be shown around so you can get to know everything about it. You'll be given a welcome pack that will give an explanation of everything you're required to know regarding your stay at the Sanctuary Lodge and a roster of the therapy sessions. Please call us and let us know in case you are not able to come to our facility on your own.
In the course of the very first 24 hours, we'll make arrangements for you to visit our detoxification specialist psychiatrist.
A complete evaluation will be performed here about your psychological and medical treatment requirements. A full detox regimen will be prescribed if required. The detox will then be conducted and administered under stringent procedures by our medical health experts.
Please remember that you are supposed to bring any medications that you may have been taking, as well as giving us details of your doctor's surgery.
The psychiatrist will emphasize any parts of your treatment where a specialist is needed and then make suggestions. It is very crucial for us to address all your treatment needs during your admission; thus, we'll make sure that any aspect which has been stressed or suggested is included in your personalised treatment programme. Then our counsellors, clinical director, and medical staff will continually review your treatment plan, ensuring that you are getting the best care possible at all times.
Our warm and friendly employees will help you to settle into the place once you have completed your assessment. Our staff are always available to offer reassurance, give advice and help in all matters especially because we recognize that this is a trying and worrisome time for most people.
